Instruction for booking (सामान बुक करने के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश)
सुबह 9 बजे से पहले अपना ऑर्डर बुक करें और उसी दिन अपना सामान प्राप्त करें। यदि आप सुबह 9 बजे के बाद बुकिंग करते हैं, तो आपको अपना ऑर्डर अगले दिन प्राप्त होगा।
आप कोई भी सामान एक बिल में 5 से ज्यादा बुक नहीं कर सकते। यह शर्त इसलिए है ताकि सामान सभी को मिले।
सामान बुक करते समय Pay today वाले पैसे अवश्य भुगतान करें, नहीं तो आपकी बुकिंग पूरी तरह संपूर्ण (Complete) नहीं मानी जाएगी। बाकी पैसे आप सामान लेते समय दे सकते हैं।
Pay today वाले पैसों का भुगतान आप UPI बारकोड (जोकि वेबसाइट के अंत (Last) में है) स्कैन करके भी कर सकते हैं । पेमेंट संपूर्ण होने के बाद पेमेंट का स्क्रीनशॉट व्हाट्सएप के माध्यम से हमें भेज दें।
यदि सामान बुक करने के बाद आप डिलीवरी टाइम के बाद 48 घंटे तक सामान लेने नहीं आते हैं, तो आपकी बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी जाएगी और जो पैसे आपने एडवांस में दिए हैं वो वापस नहीं होंगे। और ऐसा 2 बार करने पर आपकी मेंबरशिप रद्द (Cancel) कर दी जाएगी।
हम सामान जिस रेट में बाज़ार से खरीदते हैं, उसी रेट पर आपको उपलब्ध कराते हैं। इसलिए प्रत्येक बिल पर 20 रुपये का अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जाता है ताकि दिल्ली कैंटीन पर काम करने वाले भाई बहनों को उनकी सेवा का मेहनताना दिया जा सके।
जब आप सामान लेने आएँ, तो थैला साथ लेकर आएँ।
Book your order before 9am in the morning and receive your order on the same day. If you book after 9am you will receive your order on the next day.
You cannot book more than 5 units of any item in a single bill. This condition is in place to ensure that everyone gets the items.
We provide the items to you at the same rate at which we purchase them from the market. Therefore, an additional charge of 20 rupees is applied to every bill so that the brothers and sisters working at the Delhi Canteen can be paid for their service.
You must pay the “Pay Today” amount while booking the items; otherwise, your booking will not be considered fully complete. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of collection.
You can pay the “Pay Today” amount by scanning the UPI barcode (which is located at the end of the website). After completing the payment, please send the payment screenshot to us via WhatsApp.
If you do not come to collect your items within 48 hours after the delivery time, your booking will be cancelled and the advance payment will not be refunded. Furthermore, if this happens twice, your membership will be cancelled.
When you come to collect your items, please bring a carry bag with you.
