Anardana is a spice made from sun-dried seeds and pulp of wild pomegranates, primarily used in Indian, Pakistani, and Middle Eastern cuisines to add a tangy, sour-sweet flavor to dishes. Often called “pomegranate molasses” due to its stickiness, it is available in whole or ground form to enhance chutneys, curries, and vegetarian dishes.
